Job summary

Springmount Services at Sunshine Plaza, Sunshine VIC 3020, is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and support the team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the site.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in commercial cleaning, rostering, quality checks, and safe work practices. Tue–Sat, 38 hours/week, with overtime; base rate $29.45/hour plus Leading Hand Allowance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or Team Leader.
• Experience in commercial or retail cleaning environments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals and safe cleaning procedures.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, including overtime when required.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, support the cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the site.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, previous experience in commercial cleaning and the ability to manage daily operations effectively.

Position Details

• Location: Sunshine Plaza - Sunshine VIC 3020
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 38 hours per week, with overtime (OT) required when necessary.
• Hourly Rate: $29.45 (base rate) + Leading Hand Allowance
