Job summary

Millennium Services Group is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team across facilities and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This full-time role focuses on effective task scheduling, mentorship, and client satisfaction, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.

You will supervise and support a small team, coordinate shifts, meet deadlines and SLAs, and uphold safety standards while maintaining equipment and responding to client feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and facilities management.
• Proven ability to supervise and manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Good client management skills and confidentiality.
• Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Valid driver's license.
• Aviation Security Identification Card- highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents promptly during accidents or hazards.

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experiencedCleaning Supervisorto lead our cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities.

This role is ideal for individuals who love working in a fast paced environment, have great attention to detail, and enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers.

Full-time position available.

ROSTER

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a small team of cleaners
• Effective task scheduling to ensure deadlines and SLAs are met.
• Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Assigning duties, conducting spot checks, and ensuring task completion.
• Supporting staff with guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee and participate in daily cleaning operations within the store.
• Meet rotations and KPI's for our client site.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure all tools are in good working condition.
• Respond to client requests and feedback
• Maintain Rosters and provide shift coverage when required
• Recruit and onboard new team members
• Taking immediate and appropriate action during accidents or hazards.

About You

• Strong cleaning experience is required.
• Experience in supervising and managing a team.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Good client management skills.
• Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.
• Knowledge and experience of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Basic computer and phone application knowledge.
• Ability to verify certain requirements.
• Knowledge of TBT training, roster management, stock ordering.
• With valid driver's license
• Aviation Security Identification Card- highly regarded
