Qualifications

• Oversee staff performance to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures in day-to-day cleaning.
• Lead by example to maintain high customer care, safety and efficiency standards.
• Ensure documentation and reporting for absence, holidays, and training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team during shifts and cover absences.
• Sanction domestic holidays within agreed limits.
• Conduct regular quality control checks and remedial actions.
• Risk assess and control complex cleaning tasks and environmental health/safety procedures.
• Liaise with managers and service users to address issues affecting service delivery.
• Deliver induction and job-specific training for all team members.
