Qualifications

• Manage rotas and scheduling to cover absences and adjust work during daily requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the domestic team and arrange cover for absences.
• Allocate work to Domestic assistants and manage rotas across Broadgreen site.
• Ensure staff comply with Trust policies and receive necessary training.
• Conduct staff appraisals and manage performance.
• Promote health and safety, including COSHH training and toolbox talks.
• Address issues with management and ensure service continuity during shortages.
