Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or Cleaning Manager.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and manage staff.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products and equipment.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in the cleaning industry.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with clients and staff.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints professionally.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport to visit multiple sites.
• Flexibility to work varying hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, including scheduling and performance management.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards meet client expectations.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate orders for supplies and equipment.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules to maximise efficiency.
• Respond to client complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of activities, attendance, incidents and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Liaise with clients to communicate expectations and updates.
• Participate in staff training and development.
• Hands-on responsibility for periodical jobs.
