Job summary

Ventia is seeking reliable cleaners to join the School Cleaning Response Crew across Western Sydney. You’ll start at a central meeting point each day, then visit multiple school sites as needed, with a split shift from 5:00 AM–9:00 AM and 2:00 PM–6:00 PM.

Ideal candidates have school or commercial cleaning experience, a valid driver’s licence with a reliable vehicle, and a Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).

• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential.

We’re looking for reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our School Cleaning Response Crew across Western Sydney. If you’re someone who takes pride in your work and enjoys a consistent weekday schedule, this could be the perfect fit!

Start your day by meeting your team at a central location, then head out to different sites as needed. This flexible role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working across multiple locations.

Shift Details

Split Shift - 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM & 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM.

Ideal for those seeking stable, long-term work with a break in the middle of the day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• General and detailed cleaning of classrooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces


• Responding to urgent cleaning needs


• Maintaining hygiene and safety standards across multiple Government and school sites


• Working as part of a mobile team across Western Sydney

What We’re Looking For

• Previous cleaning experience (school or commercial preferred)


• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential)

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
