Job summary

City Facilities Management Australia is seeking a reliable cleaner to join our Emerald team in Queensland. This part-time night role runs Monday to Friday, 7pm-9pm with a 2-hour minimum, cleaning activity rooms and shared spaces.

We offer competitive hourly pay plus part-time loading and exclusive retailer discounts. You will disinfect surfaces, dust, vacuum, mop, and handle chemicals safely while following OH&S policies.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous cleaning experience (preferred, not essential).
• A smartphone for work communication.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Driver's licence and own car (preferred).
• Willing to obtain a Police Check or Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces like handles and switches.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows.
• Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and kneeling.
