Job summary

City Facilities Management Australia is hiring a reliable cleaner to join our evening shift team in Queensland. You will clean activity rooms, amenities and shared spaces, disinfect high-touch surfaces, dust, vacuum, mop and safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment.

We offer reliable hours Monday to Friday 7pm–9pm (2 hours minimum), a competitive hourly rate with part-time loading, uniform and PPE provided, and exclusive retailer discounts.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
• A smartphone for work communications is required.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Driver's licence and own car are preferred; ability to obtain Police Check or Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces like handles and switches.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows.
• Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and kneeling.
• Follow OH&S policies and procedures.
