Queensland Government is seeking a dedicated cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented school environment in line with the approved cleaning program and required standards.

The role includes cleaning and sanitising multiple areas, activating security systems, and coordinating cleaning supplies with the Principal or Business Manager. Applications remain current for 12 months and recruitment agencies will not be accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitise windows, surfaces, toilets, sick bays, furniture, equipment and floors; control cobwebs and mildew; maintain outdoor paved areas; remove rubbish, litter and graffiti; and perform general cleaning duties as directed.
• Activate and disarm security systems, and lock and unlock school buildings as required.
• Coordinate cleaning supply purchases and replacements with the Principal or Business Manager, report security, safety and maintenance concerns.

The role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented school environment by providing high-quality cleaning support in accordance with the approved school cleaning program and required standards.
