Job summary

Millennium Services Group Limited is seeking dedicated Cleaners to join our team at one of our retail sites. You will perform general cleaning duties in a fast-paced environment, ensuring spaces are clean and welcoming for clients and customers.

The role requires reliability, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work as part of a team, including night shifts. Applicants must have valid work rights in Australia and be able to work Wednesday to Sunday roster.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated cleaning experience, in a commercial environment would be an advantage.
• Proven experience of working in a team successfully.
• Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients.
• Demonstrate reliability and punctuality at work.
• Good understanding of Work Health and Safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays when required.
• Experience with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard.
• Spot cleaning of furnishings as needed.
• Sweeping and mopping all floor areas.
• Toilet cleaning and replenishment where required.
• Rubbish collection and disposal.
• Cleaning of glass, both internal and external.
• Dusting of all hard surfaces and fixtures.

The Role

Millennium has an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable Cleaners to join our team at one of our retail sites. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, and take pride in creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers.

Shift & Compensation

Full‑time position with the following roster: Wednesday to Sunday, 1:00 AM – 8:36 AM. This position is paid in accordance with the applicable award rates and entitlements.

Key Responsibilities
