BaptistCare is seeking a Cleaner to provide at-home services across Inner West, South East Sydney and surrounding areas. This permanent part-time role helps older Australians stay independent at home by performing daily domestic tasks such as vacuuming, washing and laundry, while building meaningful connections with clients.

You will need an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence, a reliable vehicle, and comfort using smartphones and apps.

About the Role

As a Cleaner, servicing clients in the Inner West, South East Sydney and surrounding areas, you will support older Australians to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. You’ll provide everyday domestic assistance such as vacuuming, washing, laundry and other household tasks, while building genuine connections with your clients and helping them live their best possible lives.

This permanent part-time role offers school-hour-friendly working hours and may be a great fit if you’re looking for work that fits around family commitments. We’re seeking availability for a minimum of three weekdays per week, including Fridays.

What You'll Bring

You will have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients. You will be a strong communicator with resilience and patience. You will be a proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email.
