Zusammenfassung

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Cleaner to support older Australians in their homes. You’ll help with daily activities and contribute to independent living, in a values-driven, supportive team. Hours are flexible to fit your availability and client needs.

We offer orientation, ongoing supervision, a provided mobile and access to development opportunities. Pay is 34.42–36.23 AUD per hour plus super, with paid travel time and mileage between clients.

Qualifikationen

• Unrestricted Australian Driver Licence.
• Reliable vehicle for client transport.

To support you in your role

• We offer a comprehensive orientation program including buddy shifts
• You’ll have direct access to a dedicated supervisor to support you
• You’ll be provided with a mobile phone to access emails, rosters and client care plans
• Access to a dedicated learning and development team to support your ongoing professional development and career pathways
• Earn $34.42/hr (unqualified) to $36.23 p/hr (qualified) plus superannuation per hour + paid travel time and mileage between clients.

What do we need from you?

You will have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients. You will be a strong communicator with resilience and patience. You will be a proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email.
