About the opportunity

• You’ll play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities.
• Your responsibilities include ensuring a safe and sanitary environment, adhering to infection control protocols, and supporting the overall comfort and well‑being of residents and employees. Performing a variety of cleaning tasks in residents’ rooms, common areas, and administrative spaces.
• Manage the housekeeping and laundry services, ensuring that the residents receive efficient and effective services, with all the requirements met in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
• Casual vacancies are available now at our Aged Care home in Mentone. We will be transitioning to a brand‑new facility, opening in February 2025, with potential for permanent roles.

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles
• Ability to work independently, a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards

• A sense of empathy & compassion for elderly residents & their families.
