Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Residential Housekeeping Partner in Gwelup. This casual role focuses on cleaning resident rooms, refreshing common areas, laundry tasks and restocking supplies to keep residents comfortable and at home.

About The Role

As a Residential Housekeeping Partner, you'll help create a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for residents. Your day will include cleaning resident rooms, freshening communal areas, completing laundry tasks, restocking supplies and supporting residents with simple household routines that help them feel involved and at home.

You'll work closely with the care team to maintain safe infection-control practices, use equipment correctly, and notice when residents may need extra support or attention. This role is hands-on, practical and meaningful - every task contributes to residents feeling safe, respected and cared for.
