• Instructional Excellence: Design and execute high-impact learning programs anchored in evidence-informed, differentiated practices.
• Targeted Intervention: Understanding of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) frameworks to provide responsive, targeted intervention and extension across diverse learning profiles.
• Student Centred Delivery: Develop a deep understanding of individual learner profiles, adapting instruction to maximise student engagement and academic outcomes.
• Collaborative Engagement: Partner intentionally with colleagues, families, and the broader community to foster student learning and well being.
• Strategic Contribution: Drive curriculum development and school-wide initiatives aligned with our Catholic identity and MACS strategic priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Education (Primary) or equivalent.
• Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
