Job summary

IAG is hiring a Claims Operations Support professional to turn data into insights that improve operational performance and customer outcomes. The role collaborates with PRI and Liability Claims to drive improvements and leverage automation. It is a permanent full-time position based in Gadigal Country, Melbourne or Brisbane.

You will develop reporting, analyze performance trends, and lead initiatives to optimise claims processes and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, operational delivery or data-driven environments.
• Strong analytical, interpretation and problem-solving skills translating data into insights.
• Experience collecting, analysing and reporting operational performance data.
• Familiarity with claims workflows and telephony performance metrics.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Claims experience is highly regarded, transferable experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver performance reporting and insights to support priorities and decisions.
• Analyse claims and telephony data to identify trends, risks and improvements.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools for timely, actionable insights for leaders.
• Lead projects and business improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Partner with claims leaders to drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to automation and AI-enabled initiatives for reporting and processes.
• Support governance, controls and process documentation.
• Promote risk management and embed a strong risk culture.
