Job summary

Moretto Group in Melbourne is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Assistant on a casual basis, approx 5 hours per day. You will triage new claims, liaise with clients, and schedule technicians to keep operations running smoothly.

We value strong written communication, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a customer-focused approach. Prior claims or administration experience is beneficial, but we’ll train the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of written communication.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities and meet daily deadlines.
• Confident on the phone and via email, with great customer service skills.
• Prior experience in claims, insurance, administration, or a similar coordination role is highly regarded (but not essential).
• Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new systems and software.
