  • At least 2 years’ experience in a claims role within a commercial environment.
  • Exposure to commercial clients and fleet policies.
  • Strong understanding of insurance policy interpretation, liability assessment and motor claims legislation.
  • Experience handling claims for commercial clients under managed service models, including those where an Aggregate deductible arrangement applies is considered an advantage.
  • Competency in Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with brokers, claimants and internal stakeholders.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive claims professional to join a respected global insurer and contribute to the continued growth of our Australian Motor portfolio.

At HDI, you will be part of a values-based, dynamic working environment that supports flexibility, collaboration and ongoing development. We are committed to equal opportunity and believe diversity and inclusion are essential to our future success.
