Job summary

DCL Contracting Group is seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee civil and structural projects from site to head office. This permanent Perth-based role includes occasional regional travel to regional or remote sites and demands strong leadership and coordination skills.

Ideal candidates will hold a Civil/Structural engineering degree, have 5+ years in project delivery, and possess excellent stakeholder management, safety focus, and proficiency with drawings and tender processes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 5+ years post-graduate engineering experience in project delivery.
• Experience interpreting drawings, specifications and quality records.
• Experience in estimating to support tender submissions.
• Experience in procurement and dealing with suppliers for cost efficiencies.
• Competency with project document management systems.
• Excellent people and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and problem solving.
• Proficient MS Office skills and a valid Australian driver's license.
• OSH Construction Induction White Card.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and coordination across design and construction stages.
• Budget management, cost projections and adherence to budgets.
• Lead multidisciplinary project team and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality.
• Address issues to minimize delays and budget overruns.
• Regularly report progress to senior management and stakeholders.
