Job summary

Enemix in Victoria is seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead a major substation construction project. You will oversee site-based delivery from mobilisation through to completion, coordinating electrical, civil, and structural works and managing safety, quality, and budget.

This on-site role requires 5–8 years of PM experience in energy infrastructure, strong communication with clients and stakeholders, and flexibility for roster-based schedules in a rural setting.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in project management within transmission and distribution or broader energy infrastructure.
• A strong electrical background, with solid working knowledge of civil and structural works.
• Proven experience in EPC contracting.
• Substation project experience (highly regarded).
• The ability to work effectively in a rural, site based environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility to work on a roster based schedule or Monday to Friday, depending on your preference.

Overview Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take the lead on one of Victoria's most significant transmission and distribution builds? Our client is a leading EPC contractor specialising in major transmission and distribution infrastructure projects across Australia, with a strong track record of delivering complex, high value substation and network builds safely and on time. They are now seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead the delivery of a substation construction project in rural Victoria.
