Connect People is building a roster of skilled civil workers for Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. We connect Civil Labourers, Plant Operators, Water Maintenance and Sewer Maintenance workers with projects across civil construction and infrastructure.

Join our roster to be first in line for suitable opportunities. We value safety, reliability and team players ready to work outdoors on varied projects across Melbourne.

Qualifications

• White Card required.
• Current and valid driver’s licence with reliable transport.
• Relevant tickets and licences for your role.
• Proven experience in civil construction, maintenance or infrastructure.
• Water, sewer or water renewal experience highly regarded.
• Strong focus on safety and following site procedures.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic; ability to work as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.

Connect People is growing our pool of skilled civil workers across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs, and we're looking for people who know their way around a civil site and are ready for their next opportunity.

Whether you're a Civil Labourer, Plant Operator, Water Maintenance Worker, Sewer Maintenance Worker or skilled civil tradesperson, we want to hear from you.

We're regularly connecting experienced workers with projects across civil construction, infrastructure, water maintenance, sewer maintenance and water renewal works – so getting your details on our roster means you'll be first in line when suitable opportunities come up.

Who we're looking for:

• Civil Labourers – experienced and site-ready
• Civil Operators – Excavator, Roller, Loader, Backhoe, Moxy, Dump Truck, Grader, Skid Steer, EWP & more [must be ticketed]
• Water Maintenance Workers
• Sewer Maintenance Workers
• Water Renewal Workers
• Electrical Spotters / Dogmen
• Formworkers / Concreters / Steel Fixers
• HR / MR Drivers & Truck Operators
• Other experienced civil and infrastructure workers

What you need:

• White Card
