Job summary

Protech Group is recruiting Civil Upskill Operators to join our on-site team at Foxleigh Mine. You will transition from civil operations into a structured mining trajectory, with training and support to operate CAT 785/789/793 equipment.

The role offers full-time employment with Protech and client backing, 7/7 rotating shifts, camp accommodation, meals, and a $6,000 retention bonus plus attendance bonuses. Applicants should have prior civil mining machine experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy mining equipment as part of the civil upskill program.

Protech is seeking experienced Civil Operators to join our team onsite at Foxleigh Mine.

We are specifically looking for operators with transferable machine operating experience who are ready to take the next step and build a rewarding future in production mining.

With structured training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to operate large-scale mining equipment, this role is ideal for civil operators looking to increase their earning potential and gain valuable mining experience.

Positions Available:

• Civil Upskill Operators – $58.43/hr. + $75 daily attendance bonus + $6000 annual retention bonus
