Job summary

One Key Resources is seeking skilled Production Mining Operators with coal mining experience for Foxleigh Coal Mine, 25 minutes from Middlemount. You will operate heavy machinery (CAT, KOM, Liebherr, Hitachi) on a 7/7 roster with 12.5-hour shifts, ensuring safety and productivity targets are met.

Requirements include 12 months open-cut coal experience, SSE transcripts, Standard 11 or willingness to obtain, and a current Coal Board Medical plus Australian work rights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in an open-cut coal mining environment.
• SSE-signed training transcripts for relevant equipment.
• Current Standard 11 Statement of Attainment or willing to obtain.
• Current Coal Board Medical or willing to obtain.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.

About the Role:

One Key Resources is seeking skilled Production Mining Operators with production coal mining experience to join our team at Foxleigh Coal Mine, located 25 minutes from Middlemount. The successful candidates will have a minimum of 12 months demonstrated coal experience operating the below machinery and will be responsible for operating heavy machinery in a coal mining setting while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and site requirements.

• CAT 789/793/797 or KOM 830E/930E or equivalent
• Multi Skilled Operators
  • Haul Trucks + minimum of 2 additional machines
    • Dozer (D10/D11)
    • Grader (16/24)
    • Loader (988/990)
    • Scraper (621/637/657)
    • Water Truck (777/785)
• Excavator Operators
  • Liebherr 996, CAT 6060, O&K 340, Hitachi 5500-6 or equivalent

About You:

To be considered, you will possess:

• Minimum 12 months' experience in an open-cut coal mining environment
