Job summary

Trs Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Civil Supervisor for a site-based earthworks role within Fluor's Port Program in the Pilbara.

You will monitor daily works, coordinate with contractors, and uphold HSE standards on a major mining development. The ideal candidate has EPCM project experience, leadership, and strong MS Office skills, and will liaise with mine operations to keep the project progressing safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Solid EPCM experience in civil supervision roles.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate major earthworks with tier 1/2 contractors.
• Proven ability to work safely and efficiently in mining environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contractors’ daily works, site inspections, and progress reporting.
• Contribute to construction planning and progress claims input/review.
• Assist interactions with mine operations to maintain alignment.
• Promote safety culture and enforce HSE practices on site.
• Demonstrate ability to identify and resolve issues affecting progress.
