Job summary

Fluor is seeking a Civil Supervisor to join the Port Program on a contract basis in Perth. You will oversee earthworks activities, monitor contractor daily works, conduct inspections, and lead field activities while ensuring strict safety and quality on site.

The ideal candidate brings proven EPCM Civil Supervisor experience, with bulk earthworks, concrete and underground services exposure, plus strong people management, reporting, and coordinating with mine operations and stakeholders to keep

Qualifications

Solid and validated EPCM civil supervision experience.
Industry experience with bulk earthworks, concrete and underground services on major civil projects.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and plan major civil projects with tier 1/2 civil contractors.
Experience in a similar position in Pilbara.
Excellent people management and leadership skills.
Strong written skills and competence with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Professional presentation and ability to represent the project with stakeholders.
Knowledge of workplace safety implementation and activities.

Responsibilities

Monitoring of the contractors daily works, including inspections, daily progress reporting and field leadership.
Input/review to construction planning and progress claims.
Assist in interactions with mine operations.
Ensure all site systems, processes, procedures and safe work practices are used by all personnel.
Provide leadership and promote safety culture and ownership per the HSE management system.
