Job summary

BMD's Urban division in South Australia is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team on a Water Infrastructure project at Adelaide Airport. You will work with the Project Manager to drive productivity and program outcomes, while prioritising safety and quality on site.

You will bring a Certificate III in Civil Construction and extensive supervisory experience, with a strong health, safety, environmental and quality mindset.

• Certificate III in Civil Construction (required).
• Extensive civil construction background with supervisory experience.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes.
• Motivation to achieve value-for-money results to program.

Who we’re looking for:

BMD’s Urban division in South Australia are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our high calibre team, working in collaboration with the Project Manager to achieve optimum productivity and program outcomes on a Water Infrastructure project at Adelaide airport.

We deliver a diverse range of projects for both private and public sector clients across defence, public infrastructure, land development and mining and resources industries. BMD are seeking a Civil Supervisor with water and wastewater infrastructure experience.

You will motivate others, ensuring a high-performing culture where teamwork ensures the delivery of exceptional quality outcomes to program, while ensuring a safe working environment at all times.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:

• Certificate III in Civil Construction
• extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience
• excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
• motivation to achieve value-for-money results to program.

You may also have the following additional desirable skills:

• Certificate IV Civil Supervision
