Job summary

IEPro Recruitment is seeking experienced Civil Supervisors for multiple infrastructure projects across Far North Queensland. Opportunities span mine infrastructure and DTMR/road construction, with FIFO or DIDO options and a focus on leading crews and delivering safe, productive outcomes on site.

You'll oversee 30+ operators and labourers, coordinate plant, personnel and daily activities while ensuring safety, quality and programme adherence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising civil construction projects in Australia.
• Strong experience across earthworks, roads, drainage or mine infrastructure.
• Ability to lead operators, labourers and subcontractors.
• Understanding of plant utilisation, productivity and sequencing.
• Ability to plan and coordinate multiple work fronts.
• Strong safety and quality focus.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to work FIFO or DIDO in regional Queensland.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil construction crews across multiple work fronts.
• Coordinate operators, labourers, subcontractors, plant and materials.
• Plan and sequence daily and weekly construction activities.
• Manage bulk earthworks, roads, pavements, drainage and associated civil works.
• Monitor crew and plant productivity against programme.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications and construction methodologies.
• Work closely with Engineers to plan upcoming works and resolve site issues.
• Maintain high safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Complete daily reporting and maintain accurate site records.
• Drive crews to achieve project milestones safely and efficiently.
