Cooper McCullough Group is seeking experienced Civil Supervisors to join our team across Central Queensland projects. You will lead crews on mine site civil works, TMR/Council road construction, and stabilisation projects, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include coordinating labour and resources, planning daily works, and maintaining safety and compliance. Prior experience in mining civil works or road projects is highly regarded and

Qualifications

• Experience supervising mining civil works or road construction.
• Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
• Strong safety, quality and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil crews, subcontractors and plant.
• Plan daily works and allocate labour, plant and resources.
• Ensure works are completed safely and in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, clients and site representatives.
• Monitor productivity, quality and project progress.
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings and daily planning.
• Maintain high standards of safety, environmental compliance and workmanship.
• Assist with programming and achieving project milestones.
