C Consulting Engineers in Stanthorpe, Queensland seeks a highly experienced Structural and Civil Engineer to lead diverse projects across residential, commercial and rural developments. You’ll influence project direction, mentor junior staff and drive growth with autonomy from concept to completion.

You will deliver high quality designs, liaise with clients and inspectors, and ensure compliance with Australian Standards.

Formación

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and P.E./RPEQ registration preferred.
• 20+ years of consulting experience including sign off of projects under own RPEQ.
• Experience in residential and commercial structural engineering projects.
• Experience in earthworks, drainage, stormwater and road design including drains, PC Sewer and 12D.
• Strong design, site and construction support capabilities.
• Proficiency with structural design software and documentation.
• AutoCAD proficiency is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and proactive problem solving.
• Permanent resident status is required for this position.
• Flexible FTE options of 0.8, 0.9, or 1.0.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain quality, WHS and design compliance across all projects.

We are seeking a highly experienced Structural and Civil Engineer to join our office and take a leading role in shaping high quality outcomes for our clients. The role offers a diverse mix of structural and civil engineering projects across residential, commercial and rural developments. You'll have the opportunity to influence project direction, mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth and evolution of the team. With autonomy to see projects through from concept to completion, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, practical solutions while helping drive growth within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver structural and civil designs from concept through to construction and completion

About you

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
• 20+ years' relevant consulting experience including sign off of projects under own RPEQ.
• Experience in residential and commercial structural engineering projects
• Experience in civil engineering including earthworks, drainage, stormwater and road design, with experience in Drains, PC Sewer and 12D
• Strong design, site and construction support experience
• Proficiency in structural design software including Tekla Structural Designer, IdeaStatica, Design-in Hyne as well as documentation
• AutoCAD proficiency is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive approach to work and problem solving
• RPEQ and NSW registration
• Permanent resident status is required for this position
