Job summary

A One Earthworks in Australia is seeking experienced Site Supervisors to join our operations team. These hands-on, site-based roles coordinate crews, plant, subcontractors and daily site activities across civil construction projects.

You will work closely with Project Managers and site teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to specification, driving safety, quality and productivity while mentoring crew members.

Qualifications

• Extensive civil construction supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and coordinate crews
• Lead site crews and subcontractors with clear daily priorities
• Coordinate plant, equipment and resources across projects
• Deliver works safely, on time and to specification
• Monitor productivity and quality outcomes
• Conduct daily pre-starts and toolbox talks
• Ensure site safety, quality and environmental compliance
• Manage site documentation and reports
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly
• Promote a positive, safety-focused site culture
• Mentor crew members and developing operators
• Operate plant and equipment when required
• Coordinate daily construction activities and sequencing
• Monitor productivity and resourcing across projects
• Liaise with Project Managers and clients on delivery outcomes
• Support workforce planning and development
• Drive safety and quality across projects
