Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a hands-on Site Civil Supervisor to lead crews and plant on a major civil infrastructure project in regional NSW. The role focuses on earthworks, pit and pipe, drainage and footing construction, with a tight programme and strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates will have extensive civil supervision experience on major projects, the ability to manage subcontractors and plant operations on site, and a solid understanding of construction sequencing and

Qualifications

• Extensive civil construction supervision on major projects.
• Expertise in earthworks, excavation, pit and pipe, and footing construction.
• Lead crews, subcontractors and plant operations on site.
• Experience with high-volume truck movements and site logistics.
• Strong sequencing, productivity and programme delivery understanding.
• Utilities/substation/BESS/renewables project experience preferred.
• White Card and unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations, supervising crews, operators and subcontractors.
• Drive productivity, safety and programme outcomes across civil works.
• Manage earthworks, excavation, drainage, pit and pipe installation.
• Oversee concrete footings, foundations and access road construction.
• Coordinate plant, deliveries, subcontractors and site logistics.
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and ensure WHS compliance.
• Monitor quality, drawings, ITPs and inspection hold points.
• Maintain site records, progress reporting and workforce management using digital systems.
