Job summary

Central Solutions Group Pty Ltd – Kemps Creek NSW is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure projects meet safety, quality and program requirements.

You will supervise civil construction activities, manage personnel and equipment, maintain WHS compliance, and use GPS technology for site set-out and ongoing construction tasks. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction.
• Experience managing civil projects valued up to $10 million.
• Strong understanding of WHS requirements and site safety procedures.
• Proficient in GPS technology and equipment.
• Good computer skills, including data entry and project documentation.
