Job summary

Lancesoft Australia is seeking a Supervisor to oversee projects across Victoria and NSW, coordinating site activities and resources to ensure safe, efficient delivery. You will lead site personnel, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and drive adherence to quality plans and project specifications.

We value strong communication, a continuous safety focus, and the ability to develop solid relationships with stakeholders while maintaining daily site records and reporting. White card is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and management abilities.
• Experience as a supervisor or leading hand on civil projects.
• Commitment to safe working methods and safety standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• White card held.
• Knowledge of civil construction, infrastructure, and building practices.
• Experience with utility works (water, sewer, stormwater, electrical).
• Earthworks and earthmoving equipment familiarity.
• Pavement construction experience.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking Supervisor for various project across Victoria and NSW

Key responsibilities

• Program and coordinate site activities to ensure safe and efficient project delivery
• Management of site personnel, subcontractors and suppliers
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders
• Monitor daily targets and required production rates for site activities
• Manage project resources and maintain accurate daily site records and reporting
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with approved quality plans, ITPs, specifications and project requirements
• Champion compliance with ACE's HSE requirements to promote a strong safety culture

To be considered for this role you will need to have the following:

• Excellent interpersonal and management skills
• Working within a structured project team
• Supervisor/Leading hand experience
• An absolute focus on safe working methods
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Holds a White card
• Demonstrated knowledge of civil construction, civil infrastructure and building with current technologies with focus on
• Utility works – water, sewer, stormwater, electrical underground installations and trench works
• Earthworks & earthmoving equipment (preference to have few tickets)
