Job summary

Sunshine Civil Solutions is seeking a Civil Site Foreman to lead road and civil infrastructure projects in the Hervey Bay region. Reporting to the Project Engineer, you will plan, coordinate and control resources to meet project objectives while maintaining a safe and efficient site.

The role requires extensive civil construction experience, strong leadership, and a focus on continuous improvement, quality and WHS practices.

Qualifications

• Min 10 years civil construction experience (roads, drainage, concrete, earthworks, etc)
• Site and people management expertise
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to plan and prioritise effectively
• Exposure to WHS, Quality & Process Improvement Management

We have an outstanding opportunity for a Civil Site Foreman to undertake a series of road & civil infrastructure projects in the Hervey Bay region. Reporting to the Project Engineer, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling resources to ensure the successful delivery of key project objectives, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
