Job summary

Citilink Piling Pty Ltd in Wilberforce NSW is seeking an experienced Civil/Site Engineer to assist with planning, coordination and supervision of civil construction works, ensuring safety and quality and adherence to drawings and timelines.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, good organisational skills, and the ability to work with project managers, contractors and site teams; full-time permanent position with competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of civil engineering/site/construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and engineering specs.
• Experience in civil construction, foundations or piling is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
• Team player with commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day site activities with trades and subcontractors across active areas.
• Conduct inductions, pre-starts and toolbox talks; ensure WHS compliance.
• Inspect piling, ground retention, and shotcrete per drawings and specs.
• Prepare ITPs and SWMS; monitor progress and quality; handle variations.
• Work with PMs and teams to meet deadlines while upholding safety standards.
