Job summary

JK Williams Contracting in NSW is seeking a Site Engineer to join our civil construction team. You will support project and site management, help ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on our sites across NSW.

Ideal candidate has recently completed a Civil Engineering degree with 6–12 months of graduate experience, strong numeracy, good communication, and a valid Australian driver’s license. The role is full-time with regular site travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering (BEng or equivalent) and 6–12 months of graduate Civil Engineering experience.
• Strong numerical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Valid Australian driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor project and site management activities, assisting with coordination and subcontractor management.
• Site-based execution: assist in QA, environmental controls, and ensure reporting; manage QA sheets.
• Health and safety advocacy: support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
