Qualifications

• Qualified Engineer in Civil or Structural field.
• 3 years’ experience in the field considered; more experience welcome.
• Experience in rolling stock or rail engineering is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• New build design/commissioning/operations for rolling stock.
• Rolling stock maintenance strategy development and management.
• Understanding and applying Australasian/European/American standards.
• Rolling Stock lease and Whole Life Cost model development and management.

Due to key projects and an ongoing workload, we are seeking a Rolling Stock Engineer to join our Perth rail and mass transit team. Performing a key role within the Rail team, you will contribute to building of the Rolling Stock capability in Perth as well as across Australia and New Zealand.

Undertake projects in both the passenger and heavy haul sides of the industry.

• New build design/commissioning/operations
• Rolling stock Maintenance strategy development and management
• Understanding of Australasian/European/American standards development and interpretation
• Rolling Stock lease and Whole Life Cost model development and management

What can you bring to the team?

• Professionally qualified Engineer in a Civil or Structural field
• Graduated through to 3 years’ experience in the field will be considered for this role
• Experience in rolling stock or rail engineering spaces would be advantageous
