Job summary

Ivory Group is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for their Sydney team to drive subdivision and roadworks projects from start to finish. You will report to the Project Manager and play a key role in technical and commercial delivery while expanding toward a Project Manager position.

The role offers a collaborative team culture, broad exposure across the project lifecycle, and a clear pathway into project management within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience delivering subdivision or roadworks projects within Australia.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills across all levels.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing technical delivery and ensuring works are constructed to design and specification.
• Managing subcontractor packages including scopes, progress and performance.
• Preparing and managing RFIs, submittals and project documentation.
• Supporting commercial management including variations and cost reporting.
• Liaising with clients, consultants and site teams on a day to day basis.
