Ivory Group in Sydney seeks an experienced Civil Foreman for roadworks in Western Sydney. You will own day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors, and drive delivery to program while ensuring safety and compliance across all activities.

The role focuses on roads, with a stable environment and a strong project pipeline. You will be supported by a well-resourced team and competitive remuneration consistent with civil construction expertise.

Formación

• Experience delivering roadworks projects in NSW.
• Strong knowledge of specifications and documentation.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractor performance on live road sites.
• Track record delivering civil roadwork end-to-end.

Responsabilidades

• Day to day on-site management and direction of subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Oversee OH&S across all site activities.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and manage material stock.
• Keep projects on track and delivered to program.
