Convil Group Pty Ltd is a Sydney-based civil construction contractor seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager or Estimator to join our Wetherill Park team. This role supports a transition into estimating and tendering, leveraging practical construction knowledge and commercial experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in civil projects and estimating processes.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
• Strong commercial awareness and budgeting skills.

Responsabilités

• Review civil drawings, specs and tender docs to prepare cost estimates.
• Price roadworks, drainage, earthworks and other infrastructure works.
• Develop competitive tender submissions with senior management.
• Identify risks, cost save opportunities and provide tender clarifications.
