WorkPac is seeking a Civil Operator for an on-site role at the Wagga RAAF Base in New South Wales. You will support civil construction activities, operate earthmoving equipment where licensed, and work closely with site supervisors to deliver safe, compliant projects.

Mandatory HR licence and Roller ticket are required, with Watercart ticket preferred. Immediate start with penalties on top of base hourly rate.

Formación

• Civil construction experience across earthworks, drainage, roadworks, or general infrastructure projects.
• Roller ticket mandatory.
• Watercart ticket preferred.
• Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting civil construction, earthworks, and site development tasks within a Defence environment.
• Operating machinery and plant (where licensed) safely and efficiently as part of a coordinated crew.
• Operating Roller and HR Driving.
• Working collaboratively with site supervisors to ensure high-quality, compliant project delivery.
• Upholding strict safety standards required on Defence sites and ensuring work is performed with professionalism and cultural respect.
