Fergus Civil in the Mackay region is seeking an experienced Civil Operator to join our growing team. You will work across a diverse pipeline of local civil projects, including build pads, carparks, subdivisions and commercial earthworks, applying hands-on experience to every task.

Qualifications

• Experience operating excavators, loaders, rollers, water trucks and POSI tracks.
• Current HR licence and White Card.
• Strong civil construction knowledge.
• A reliable, safety-focused and solutions-driven approach.
• Final Trim, GPS and grader experience not essential.
• Willingness to grow with the role.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, loaders, rollers, water trucks and POSI tracks on diverse civil sites.
• Assist in build pads, carparks, subdivisions and earthworks with quality workmanship.
• Maintain safety standards and communicate effectively with crew.
• Contribute to project timelines and flow through the pipeline of upcoming works.
