The City of Perth is seeking a Civil Maintenance Worker to join our Infrastructure and Assets team at the Osborne Park Depot. You will contribute to civil maintenance and construction across roads, footpaths, drainage, cycleways and related infrastructure, reporting to the Team Leader Maintenance.

You should have practical experience in road works, drainage, paving or kerbing, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. A current MR Licence and White Card are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience operating plant and equipment within civil construction/maintenance.
• Practical experience in road construction, drainage, paving, concreting or kerbing works.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety and safe work practices.
• Collaborative worker with strong communication and pride in quality work.

Responsabilités

• Carry out maintenance and repair works on roads, footpaths, drainage, cycleways and retaining walls.
• Complete paving, kerbing, concreting and other civil construction activities to a high standard.
• Safely operate and maintain a range of plant, machinery, equipment and hand tools.
• Install and maintain traffic management signage and barriers while delivering excellent customer service.
