Job summary

MPAU Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on Civil Site Supervisor for a major energy project in regional NSW. You will lead crews, plant and subcontractors to safely deliver earthworks, pit and pipe, drainage and footing construction to a tight programme.

Ideal candidates bring extensive civil supervision experience, strong earthmoving and footing expertise, and a proven ability to manage high-volume equipment and logistics. White Card and Australian driver's licence required.

Qualifications

• Extensive civil construction supervision on major projects.
• Experience with earthmoving and footing construction.
• Ability to lead crews and coordinate subcontractors onsite.
• Experience with high-volume truck movements.
• White Card and unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations, supervising crews, operators and subcontractors.
• Drive productivity, safety and programme outcomes across civil works.
• Manage bulk earthworks, detailed excavation, drainage, pit and pipe installation.
• Oversee concrete footings, foundations, hardstands and access road construction.
• Coordinate plant utilisation, deliveries, subcontractors and site logistics.
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and ensure WHS compliance across site.
• Monitor quality requirements, drawings, ITPs and inspection hold points.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reporting and workforce management using digital systems.
