Core Talent is seeking an experienced Civil Leading Hand to coordinate day-to-day site activities on subdivision and civil works in Brisbane. This temp-to-perm role offers a long-term path with a reputable civil contractor and a supportive team environment.

You will lead a small crew, read plans, set out works, and ensure quality and safety across earthworks, drainage, and roadworks. Immediate start for the right candidate.

• Experience in subdivision/civil construction
• Ability to read and interpret plans and levels

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a small civil construction crew
• Assist with day-to-day subdivision supervision
• Set out and ensure works meet plans and specs
• Coordinate plant, materials and labour on site
• Work with Site Supervisor/Foreman
• Maintain quality, safety and environmental standards
• Involvement across earthworks, drainage, roadworks
• Read and interpret plans and levels
• Report on site progress and issues
