Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking Civil Labourers/ Operators for Water/Civil Projects within the Trenchless Technologies business. You'll perform labouring tasks, operate and maintain plant, and support civil/pipeline works while upholding Fulton Hogan's Living Safely culture.

Ideal candidates have civil construction experience, White Card, and a HR Truck License, with tickets for excavators, loaders, Bobcats, or rigging/dogman preferred. We offer career development and extensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction, preferably in water projects.
• Construction Induction Certificate (White Card).
• HR Truck License.
• Excavator/Front End Loader/Bobcat/Rigger or Dogman tickets desirable.
• Reliable, punctual with a positive attitude and good on-site problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform labouring tasks on civil works projects.
• Operate and maintain safe, clean plant and equipment.
• Prepare sites for civil and pipeline works.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on schedule and to a high standard.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Assist with additional construction tasks as required.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

• Various labouring tasks on civil works projects
• Maintain and operate safe, clean and secure plant and equipment
• Site preparation for civil/ pipelines works
• Making sure works are completed safely, on schedule and to a high standard
• Use of various hand and power tools
• Assist in additional aspects of construction as required.

How you'll connect to the role:

• Experience in civil construction (preferably in the Water sector)
• Construction Induction Certificate (White Card)
• HR Truck License
• Preferable to have Excavator, Front End Loader, Bobcat, Rigger / Dogman tickets
• Reliable & punctual with a good attitude towards work with good on-site problem solving expertise
• Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan's Living Safely 2.0 culture.
