Job summary

John Holland is seeking a site-based Labouring/Machine Operator in the Pilbara region. The role follows a 14 days on / 7 days R&R roster, with Perth as the point of hire.

You will support site operations by performing general labouring and operating duties to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, safety focus, and the ability to work well in a team, with licences and cards such as a valid Drivers Licence (C) and Construction White

• Experience in general labouring and operating duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile plant equipment.

What You Will Do

• Ability to assist in manual labouring and cable pulling
• Ability to operate mobile plant equipment.
• Ability to follow instruction and work effectively in a team
• Ability to perform basic manual tasks under supervision
• An ability to meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a motivated individual who has excellent communication skills and embodies John Holland’s values – caring, empowering, imaginative and future-focused.

Applicants will possess a selection of the following capabilities and licences:

• Drivers Licence (C) – mandatory
• Construction White Card
• Strong understanding and focus for safety.
• Recent experience of working as a Machine Operator.
• Ability to pass a CAT 3 medical
