Rural Fibre Co is built on a legacy of innovation, reliability, and customer-focused solutions. With deep roots in Gippsland, we are committed to transforming the digital landscape for communities often overlooked by traditional broadband providers.

As an infrastructure builder and wholesale network operator, we partner with retail companies to deliver world‑class fibre connectivity. Whether it’s empowering local businesses, enabling students to access quality online education, or connecting families with loved ones, we are here to make a difference where it matters most.

A key part of this role involves cable hauling — pulling fibre and conduit through our pit and pipe network. Previous cable hauling experience is highly regarded, but not essential; we’re happy to train the right person.

Join us in building a network for good—one that ensures regional Australia is not left behind in the digital future.
