Job summary

APG Workforce is seeking an experienced Work Package Delivery Manager to lead civil infrastructure projects in Queensland on a government program. The role will drive work packages from planning through procurement to mobilisation, coordinating technical, commercial and environmental requirements while managing stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering complex civil infrastructure projects or work packages.
• Experience across project development, engineering governance, procurement and delivery assurance.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in collaborative, Alliance or similar contracting environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Current White Card.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil infrastructure work packages through planning, investigations, procurement and transition to delivery.
• Coordinate technical, operational, commercial, property, environmental and stakeholder requirements.
• Manage package scope, risks, interfaces, dependencies and key decisions.
• Resolve issues between Technical Advisors, TMR engineering teams and Alliance Partners.
• Support Progressive Alliance procurement, tender evaluation and clarification activities.
• Ensure project knowledge, risks and stakeholder commitments transition effectively into delivery.
