Spinifex Recruiting is partnering with a client to hire an experienced Civil Project Manager in NSW to lead a major infrastructure recovery program. You will oversee civil projects from planning through to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include coordinating contractors, developing plans and budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance while engaging with stakeholders to deliver positive project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or significant project management experience.
• Experience delivering civil infrastructure and construction projects.
• Strong contract management, budgeting and contractor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of civil infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, drainage) end-to-end.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules and reporting.
• Administer contracts, assess variations and monitor risks.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes.

• Administer contracts, assess variations and manage project risks.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive project outcomes.

About You

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or significant relevant project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering civil infrastructure or construction projects.
• Strong contract management, budgeting and contractor management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Current Driver's Licence and White Card.
